Okay, so I've drank this quite often as a tea for it's energy benefits, but I didn't realize that it has so many more good things!

Yerba Mate

Yerba Mate is a medicinal and cultural drink of ancient origins. Introduced to the world by the Guarani Indians of South America. Mate has a staggering list of health benefits with 196 active compounds: 24 vitamins and minerals, 15 amino acids, and 11 polyphenols and powerful antioxidants.
